Founder & President
After more than 30 years advocating for clean water, clean air, and healthy communities, plus time in local government developing systems and imbedding adaptations that built climate, community, and economic resilience, Casi (kc) Callaway has the knowledge, skills, and connections to support teams to find and achieve their goals.
She found success through what she learned on the job – organizational health, community engagement, planning, and strong relationships are the keys to resilient, sustainable, and lasting projects, organizations, and communities. Activate-Build-Connect was created so that she could share her strengths and passions – environmental protection and resilience, organizational health, and connecting people to solve problems.
