Alabama Resilience Report
The Southern Environmental Law Center commissioned Activate-Build-Connect, Inc. to survey Alabama's local governments in advance of the state adopting a Chief Resilience Officer. Mayors and staff leads were asked how their communities were thinking about resilience and how a statewide CRO could help.
